Fitness It Forward!

The Women’s Fitness Association is proud to announce that we have partnered with Dress for Success Cincinnati to provide fitness training classes for DFS’s Queen Bee half marathon training groups!

Our volunteer Fitness It Forward coaches and presenters will be leading sessions in nutrition, body weight strength training, basic stretching, race day nutrition plus more!

The groups will meet on Saturdays, beginning September 6th, after the womens’ training walks and runs.  We’re thrilled to be a part of this inspirational group and look forward to seeing these women at the Queen Bee finish line on October 11th!
