Fitness it Forward!

The Women’s Fitness Association (WFA) is an inspirational group of fitness professionals and avid exercisers who share their knowledge of fitness with each other and then give back to the Greater Cincinnati community by partnering with other non-profits in the community to supply presenters and teachers to these organizations. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge with at-risk and under-privileged  women to inspire them to make positive changes in their life.

Members of the WFA can take part in networking events designed to connect leaders in the fitness industry, our speaker series where fitness professionals gain valuable skills to help build their business, and Friday fitness events to experience first-hand how local studios and fitness facilities are impacting fitness in our city.

WFA’s ultimate goal is to “Fitness it Forward” by using what we learn as fitness professionals to create health, wellness and fitness opportunities for the underserved in our community. We know that fitness reaps invaluable rewards – “Heath is Wealth” as they say. By partnering with organizations including Dress for Success, we can empower and women in our city to not only discover the strengths they already have, but to inspire them to reach beyond their limits to thrive and prosper.
